Exchanges are offered on defective items.
If you receive a different item than what was purchased, please contact us immediately.
For defective product received, please contact us within 5 days to obtain an RMA number.
After the 5 day period has passed, we will not grant any defective return requests.
Once approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
The package must be insured for the final sales price.
Returned merchandise must include the vendor packaging and all contents, and must be in the same condition as when it was received.
Upon receipt, we will test the item for functionality and inspect it for physical damage and/or abuse.
A product of the same functionality will be provided once the return has passed our inspection.
If the return does not meet any of the above conditions, the product will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's cost.
Shipping / Payment Orders paid with PayPal can only be shipped to the Address in the PayPal Payment. Please make sure that your correct shipping address is selected when making payment, we will not honor requests to ship to a different address. Local pickup is not available, and we do not ship using a customer's own shipping account, no exceptions!
US Standard Delivery: All shipments will be sent by USPS. Shipments will be process within 1 to 2 business days of receiving payment. We do not process shipments on weekends and US holidays. International Buyers: Please be notified that any and all international deliveries may be subject to shipping delays, customs delays (we have no control over Customs delays) or additional fees (VAT, customs duties, etc.); buyers are expected to pay all such fees.
