All Components and small items are shipped by Royal  Mail or Hermes within 1-2 working days of the payment being received. Delivery  is as per Estimated Delivery date in 'Postage and Payments' section below  however please note this is estimated only and may be more or less and will be  more if you are located in the Highlands or Offshore UK Mainland.

PACKING:
- The charges for shipping includes the labour cost  of packing item, the packing materials and the cost of shipping.  All items  are adequately protected and all PC's are now double-boxed to limit any  possibility of damage in transit.

Used Items - Carry no  warranty with them however they will be guaranteed to match the condition and  description made for them.  If they do not then please return the item  and we will endeavour to replace or refund the item  depending on availability.

Ex Demo, Ex Display, As New,  New and Unused  - Guaranteed to be free from defect  and match description.  Disassembly of an item will  void any guarantee.

Brand New, Unused - Guaranteed to match the condition and description made for them  and be guaranteed to be free from defect  for a period of 90 days from the date of receipt.  This does not cover  damage caused or actioned by the buyer and should the item not be in the same  condition and packaging, that it was sent out in, subject to fair wear and  tear, then this guarantee will be null and void.
