Postage

Our postage is free on all of our pet clothing, we send out your order the same working day if ordered before 1pm or your order will be sent out the next working day excluding weekends, we use royal mail 2nd class, but we do have other postage methods at a small cost if you require your order quicker which can be selected at the checkout, 2nd class delivery can take upto anything from 2-5 working days and maybe a little longer during busy seasons.

Payment

We accept paypal as our main payment as this gives customers the peace of mind of a secure transaction but we do also allow uncrossed postal orders, but please message us first.

If you have purchased a item from us and would like to return it, please contact us and we're happy to help you or we are more than happy to exchange the product, but the item has to be in brand new unopended condition, please note you also have to cover the return of postage.
