About Us

Located in Manchester, a stones throw away from the Trafford Centre, we were born out of a traditional bricks and mortar, Hardware/DIY chain of stores and at the heart of our business is a traditional business model, where the customer is our number one priority. We operate from a large warehouse and we have a physical store also. Just get in touch if you wish to visit us or collect any item in our ebay shop. All items for sale are always in stock and readily available for dispatch or collection.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 24 hours. We use lots of different couriers for different parcels so if you have any specific query or request please get in touch. Our courier partners are Royal mail, Secured Mail, TNT post, Whistl, MyHermes, Yodel, Parcelforce, DPD Local, UPS and TNT. For orders shipped by standard post, delivery can be between 1-4 days. For expedited orders, shipping is usually next day. For bulky larger items, or heavy items we use other 2-5 day couriers.

Terms

1) Returned item must be in its original condition with packaging. 2) Returned item must be complete. 3) Shipping charges are not refundable. 4) We are not responsible for the loss or damage of item during return shipment. Therefore, buyer should ensure the item is insured accordingly. 5) Refund will be processed within 2 days only after receiving the returned item. 6) Buyer is to be responsible for any shipping charges when returning the item. 7) Buyers will need to use ebay's return's process for returning items.

Returns

Whilst we will do our best to ensure all customers are happy and to this end will endeavour to work with our customers to come to a reasonable agreement, our stated returns policy for legal reasons is that All defects, non-working items, goods damaged in transit and cancellation of sale must be communicated within 7 days of receiving the goods and the goods must be received by us within 14 days to qualify for a full refund. Additionally, all goods must be intact in its original packaging with all paperwork complete and must be in a resalable state (excluding goods damaged in transit, which may not be resalable, but must still be complete in original packaging with all paperwork). All items returned to us should be done through ebay returns process. The cost of returning item/s to us will be buyers responsibility and any postage and packing costs must also be paid by the buyer. For goods which are not in a resalable state then an appropriate charge will be made for the decrease in value and these will be assessed on a case by case basis. Whilst this is our stated returns policy, we encourage all our customers to contact us prior to buying an item with any specific questions or special requirements, so that we can ensure the item meets your expectations and to avoid problems and inconvenience.
