System Warranty
R4A5S series condensers, N96MSN series gas furnaces, and EAM4X series coils come backed by ACiQ's standard 10 year parts warranty with online registration through the manufacturer within 90 days of installation. Once registered, the furnace also receives an additional lifetime warranty on the heat exchanger. An installation that follows your state and local codes is required for the warranty to be upheld.

1.5 Ton, 15.2 SEER2
The ACiQ R4A5S18AKAWA air conditioning condenser unit has a capacity of 1.5 tons (18,000 BTU) and in an ideal climate, this tonnage will normally cover up to a small house. The higher the SEER2 rating, the less electricity is needed to keep your house cool in the summer. The condenser by itself is rated for 14.3 SEER2, but when paired with the included coil and furnace, this system achieves a higher efficiency at 15.2 SEER2 -- this means you save more money on electric bills vs a standard system matchup.

In some bundles, the coil associated with the condenser may be intentionally larger in tonnage to maintain the unit's overall efficiency. Efficiency ratings depend on how the system as a whole operates, and not just the condenser - all advertised ratings can be confirmed with the AHRI certificate in this listing.

The ACiQ N96MSN0401410A gas furnace has an input capacity of 40,000 BTU, while the output of this furnace is 39,000 BTU (40,000 X 96% AFUE) per hour. The higher the AFUE rating, the less gas is lost as exhaust during normal heating operations. 96% efficiency means that 96% of the gas going into the furnace is used to heat your home and the remaining 4% is lost out of the plastic or PVC flue venting. (Please note that when installing as downflow, this series operates at 95% AFUE.)

R4A5S AC-Only Condenser
ACiQ R4A5S series of air conditioning condensers are manufactured with a solid sheet metal cabinet and a dense wire coil guard for enhanced durability and longer lifespan - even in harsh conditions. A built-in internal pressure relief valve and included external filter drier, to be field installed by your tech, help maintain the health of the unit and lower lifetime service costs. Each component is created with high-quality materials and every ACiQ condenser is run-tested at the factory to ensure proper operation out of the box.

For ease of installation and maintenance, the R4A5S AC unit has a removable access panel, convenient accessible gauge ports, and service valves that use standard sweat connections. At the heart of the unit is a highly efficient scroll compressor which boasts superior SEER2 and EER2 ratings over similar series in other brands, making this one of the most cost effective single stage units on the market today. These features all come packed into a reliable unit designed to reduce service costs, while delivering superior comfort in your home for years to come.

N96MSN Natural Gas Furnace
The ACiQ N96MSN series gas furnaces are constructed with heavy-gauge steel cabinets to protect their internal components, creating an airtight seal that minimizes heat loss and reduces noise. Each furnace features advanced design elements, including a heavy-duty RPJ (Rigid Press Joint) primary heat exchanger, a stainless-steel secondary heat exchanger, a durable silicon nitride ignitor, a self-diagnostic control board, and a quiet, energy-efficient 18-speed ECM blower motor.

The N96MSN is a fully multi-positional furnace, allowing for installation in upflow, downflow, or horizontal (left or right) configurations, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. With single-stage operation, this series provides a fixed heat output, where the burner is either running at full capacity or completely off with no in-between. ACiQ gas furnaces come ready for use with natural gas, but they can be converted to propane with an optional LP conversion kit, available for an additional cost, which includes a set of replacement orifices and springs.

EAM4X Multi-Positional Evaporator Coil
ACiQ EAM4X cased coils make installation a breeze by utilizing a fully multi-positional design that fits a wide variety of home HVAC applications and comes with a built-in TXV from the factory to maintain higher AC efficiency ratings. This series features an excellent build quality, including a sturdy, 22-gauge protective steel cabinet and a foil-faced, insulated interior that prevents exterior condensation - even in extreme conditions. 

The EAM4X is manufactured with an innovative drain pan that allows for complete water removal and uses two condensate drain connections (plus an additional two for horizontal installs) which help prohibit mold growth, keeping the air you breathe clean. Moreover, there is a removable front access panel and 2-piece delta plate that simplifies any possible maintenance or cleaning work if needed. Each evaporator is manufactured an "A" shaped internal coil (main tubing and fins) that is all-aluminum for better heat transfer with standard copper stub connections.
