The AR50S Portable Edgebander has the features of a full blown edgebanding machine: hot melt glue, Variable speed feed, Digital temperature control with the convenience of a handheld tool, all backed by high quality Co-Matic brand.
Works with PVC, melamine, laminate, wood and metal edgebanding tape from 0.3mm to 3mm thickness and 10mm upto 65mm wide. The AR50s can work on tilted edges from 75 degrees-90 degrees, making beveled surfaces as simple as regular ones.
Quick to Start The AR50S takes around 8 minutes to warm up from a cold start, and no warm-up time if the gluepot is refilled when at half capacity or more during operation.
For stationary operation, the AR50s can also be used as a stationary edgebander with the optional ST95A Worktable.
