I have a problem with my order.
We are sorry that something is not going as expected. Please send us a message via eBay with a brief description of the problem and, if necessary, photos. We will find a solution as quickly as possible.
I would like to cancel.As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it without any problems. You can search for the relevant purchase directly under ‘My eBay: Purchases’ and select the option ‘Cancel this purchase’ under ‘More actions’. If the parcel is already on its way, you can refuse delivery or initiate a return after receipt.
Where can I find my invoice?Your invoice will be automatically stored in your eBay account after shipment. You can find it under: ‘Purchase overview’ → Search for order → ‘More actions’ → ‘View invoice’
Are spare parts available?Spare parts are available for many of our products. Please let us know which item and which spare part you need. We will then check availability and get back to you.
Can you offer me a better price?We already offer our items at a fair and competitive price. Therefore, we are unfortunately unable to offer any additional discounts. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you deliver to pick-up stations?***NO delivery at pick-up stations***
Can I change my delivery address/billing address?Unfortunately, we cannot change addresses directly via eBay after purchase. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it so that you can reorder the item with the correct address. Depending on the payment service provider, we are also obliged to send to the address on file.
How long will my refund take?Once we have received and checked your return, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method via eBay within 3–5 working days.
