Cutting service

If you require your item cutting include details of your requirements in the "message to seller" section when ordering. The first 2 cuts are free (tolerance is + or - 2mm) , any further cutting may incur a minimal fee. If you are unsure please message us your requirements via "ebay messaging" and we will message you back with an exact price.

Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days of receipt. In the unlikely event you receive the wrong item or receive your item damaged (if your parcel looks damaged when delivered please ask the courier to sign the paper work as item damaged as this makes any claims easier to process), the correct item will be dispatched straight away free of charge and all return postage costs (agreed in advance) of the incorrect item will be refunded by ourselves.

Items ordered incorrectly can be returned if they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt and no damage or changes have been made to the item eg. (cutting, polishing, powder coating etc). Please note a 25% restocking fee may be applied.
