We use new packaging and make every effort to ensure that your items are received in good condition, in a timely manner.
Our Postage and packaging (P&P) charges are just that they cover the packaging materials, the time taken to pack and address your items and the postage or other courier charge to your delivery address.
We aim to keep P&P charges down to what is necessary and will always combine postage where possible/feasible.
We despatch your order on receipt of payment. This is normally the same (or next) business day when payment is by PayPal, or on clearance of funds in our bank account when payment is by any other means.
We aim to dispatch all orders received and paid for by 1:00pm (13:00hrs) Monday to Friday on the same day.
Paid for orders received after this time or on a non-working day will be processed the next working day.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
