Delivery Timescale
Most of the items are delivered within 1-3 workings days. Pre order products have up to 2-4 weeks delivery lead time. Exact delivery times are stated on the listing at the time of purchase.
We'll let you know when your order had been dispatched and tracking number will be uploaded if applicable.
On the Day of the Delivery
Small to Medium Sized Furniture
Small to medium sized furniture items are delivered using DHL / Tuffnells couriers. Customers receive email dispatch notification on the day of dispatch and can follow a link to track the item.
On the day of delivery DHL sends a text message prior to delivery. Unsuccessful deliveries will be reattempted the next working day.
Tuffnells consignments can be tracked on their website. Unsuccessful deliveries will be reattempted the next working day.
Furniture Sets
Furniture sets or large bulky are only available on curb side delivery service and are delivered on pallets. Every listing specifies what type of delivery is applicable. Palletised delivery is an all-day delivery service (9am-6pm on working days only) and the day of delivery is always confirmed with the customer prior to delivery.
Courier will call customer 30 min prior to delivery on the day of delivery. It is possible to find out approximate delivery time by calling your local depot on the morning of your agreed delivery day. Your local depot telephone number can be obtained by contacting our customer service team.
Re delivery charge will be imposed by the courier if customer is not present on the agreed delivery date. Customer will be responsible for the cost of failed delivery.
Palletised goods are delivered to the building door / curb side only. Courier cannot un palletise, bring boxes inside or take goods upstairs. Please ensure that person receiving palletised delivery can offload and move goods if required.
Pallet will be delivered/wheeled to the safest convenient reachable location. Pallet trucks cannot be used on gravelled surface. Delivery drivers are not able to carry goods in and all transportation of your goods is entirely at risk and discretion of the delivery driver. PLEASE NOTE this also covers flats which are not located on the ground floor.
Drivers are unaccompanied; they will not move or take away any existing goods or property. Our delivery service does not include assembly or installation of the goods.

Acceptance of the products
The Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Products 30 days after delivery to the Buyer. After acceptance the Buyer shall not be entitled to reject Products which are not in accordance with the contract.
