DELIVERY

Small Items
Products such as standard cooker hoods, hobs, and similar items are dispatched via an all-day courier service, Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Delivery is free across UK Mainland and typically arrives within 2 working days.

Large Items Please Provide A Contact Number
Larger appliances such as washing machines and ovens are delivered by a specialist white goods courier experienced in handling bulky items. Where possible, they will deliver the appliance into your home providing access is safe and suitable.

Please ensure access is clear, and note:

• Couriers will not remove packaging or doors to fit appliances through narrow entryways.

• Stairs, tight corners, and limited parking can affect delivery.

The delivery company will contact you directly via text or phone to arrange a delivery date and time based on your postcode. Delivery to England and Wales usually takes a few days. Delivery to Scottish postcodes may take slightly longer.

DAMAGE

In line with Distance Selling Regulations, all damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please thoroughly inspect your appliance immediately upon arrival.

If you cannot check your item within 48 hours, please contact us to delay delivery were happy to hold your appliance in our warehouse until youre ready.

If damage is noticed at the time of delivery, you may refuse the item.
If damage is discovered after delivery, please report it to us via eBay messaging within 48 hours. We may request photographic evidence of the product and packaging to resolve the issue promptly.

Do not install the item if damaged.
Installing a damaged appliance is considered acceptance of the item, and claims cannot be made afterwards. This may also void the warranty and pose a safety risk.

Guarantee and Installation Requirements

All appliances come with a minimum 12-month manufacturers guarantee. Faults arising after installation should be reported via eBay.

The guarantee will not cover:

• Misuse, improper installation, or excessive wear and tear.

• Installation by unqualified individuals.

Gas appliances must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Hard-wired items must be installed by a certified electrician.
We reserve the right to request proof of professional installation for warranty claims.

Delivery Information

We offer free delivery on all kitchen appliances to Mainland England, Wales, and Scotland, excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands, and all Isles.

Please do not book an installer until your appliance has been received and inspected. We are not liable for installation costs due to unexpected delivery delays, including those caused by traffic, weather, or accidents.

All items must be signed for and inspected upon arrival. Any missing items or visible damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If you are not installing the item immediately, we strongly recommend checking it thoroughly right away.

Delivery times vary based on product size and delivery method. For specific queries about delivery to your area or for large items, feel free to contact us via eBay.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, please follow these steps:

• Refuse delivery if visible damage is present upon arrival.

• If damage is discovered after delivery, contact us within 48 hours via eBay messaging.

• Keep all original packaging and take clear photos of any damage.

• Do not install the appliance if damage is detected. Installing a damaged item is considered acceptance, and claims cannot be processed once installation has occurred.

Missing parts or accessories must also be reported within 48 hours. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of the packaging and item before arranging a return or replacement.

Faulty Goods & Warranty Claims

All products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturers parts warranty. In the event of a fault:

• First, consult the manufacturers instruction manual and follow any troubleshooting advice.

• If the appliance was not installed by a qualified professional, the warranty may be void. Proof of installation by a Gas Safe engineer (for gas appliances) or a certified electrician (for hard-wired items) may be required.

• Consumable items such as filters or light bulbs are not covered by warranty.

Cancellations & Returns

You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting our customer service team. If your item has already shipped:

• Returns are accepted at the buyers expense.

• The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent, with original packaging intact.

• Any signs of use or installation will void your return and no refund will be issued.

• We recommend using insured shipping when returning items.

You have a duty of care while the goods are in your possession. Failure to report damage or missing parts within 48 hours will be taken as confirmation that the product arrived in perfect condition.

Before ordering, please consult a qualified tradesperson to confirm the appliance is the correct size, specification, and type for your intended installation.

Manufacturers Guarantees & Extended Warranties

Each appliance comes with a minimum 12-month parts warranty from the manufacturer, subject to the following conditions:

• The product is used for domestic purposes only.

• It is installed and operated according to the manufacturers instructions.

• It has not been misused, modified, or repaired by unauthorized persons.

Returns

Damaged or Missing items:

On the rare occasion that you notice damage at the time of delivery, you may wish to refuse the item.

It is your responsibility to thoroughly check the product and packaging within a reasonable time after delivery (no longer than 48 hours). We must be notified on Ebay within 48 hours of Delivery of any loss or Damage to the item.

Carefully unpack your item, keep all packaging and remember how your item was packed. Carefully check the entire item for damage as soon as you can. If you subsequently become aware of any damage after delivery please contact us via the eBay messaging system.

We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of the product(s) and/or packaging prior to collection.

Do not attempt to install your appliance if you notice damage.

If it becomes apparent that the item has been installed prior to us being informed that it is damaged, we will assume that the item was damaged during installation.

Please carefully check that nothing is missing from your order and make sure you report anything that is missing within 48 hours via the eBay messaging system.

The main reason why we cannot be held responsible for damage or missing items that are reported after 48 hours, is that after this time frame we will not have time to make a valid claim with our suppliers or couriers.
