1- Our 'Free Fast Delivery' courier service is DX Courier.
2 - Our ‘Free Fast Delivery’ courier service is for orders under 50kg for most mainland customers with UK addresses that aren’t located in Grampian, Scottish Highlands and Offshore areas.
3 - Our ‘Free Fast Delivery’ courier service is a one-man service, we advise that you have someone able to assist the driver with unloading your order, especially on any orders over 25kg. If you are unable to do this, please contact the courier directly on the number provided in your tracking information.
4 - We provide contact information for the courier if you require an estimated time of delivery on the day. We aren’t able to provide an estimated time of delivery when we send you your tracking information, as this is not known by the courier until your order is out for delivery.
5 - This courier is only able to take a maximum weight of 50kg per item at present, please check product descriptions for maximum sizes available under this weight for delivery, if you require a cut above 50kg please see information below.
6 - Any delivery requests for our ‘Fast Free Delivery’ courier service such as a call before arrival or an hour before delivery, can be passed onto the courier company but can’t be guaranteed. This is at the drivers discretion.
7 - Orders made for delivery to Scottish Highland or Offshore areas will be required to pay an additional surcharge of up to £75, dependent on size and weight of the order. Please see the image of affected postcodes that can’t get overnight delivery.
8 - We now have a specialist courier who can deliver products weighing over 50kg each. They deliver to specific postcodes on set days of the week, Please note that extra charges to Northern Scotland still apply. Orders will need to be placed for 48 hours prior to when they are in your postcode area to get it on that specified day.
9 - You will be contacted by the courier directly with a 3 hour time slot prior to your delivery day. This is usually provided the day before delivery, and then on the actual day of delivery you will also receive a phone call/text alert from the driver to confirm. Please ensure you have provided a valid contact number with your order.
10 - Delivery is to ground level, kerbside only, and assistance will still be required.
11 - If your delivery is unsuccessful, your delivery will be re-attempted on the next scheduled day that they are in your postcode area.
12 - All goods must be signed for by an adult aged over 18 on delivery.
13 - We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally unavoidable due to unforeseen circumstances. We are under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales.
14 - Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date which the products are delivered, or the date that the first delivery is attempted.
15 - Delivery is to the nearest kerbside of your address. Some drivers are happy to deliver your product to your front door or into the property upon request, but this is at their discretion and we cannot guarantee this. We can’t be held liable should an item be damaged as a result of being carried into the building.
16 - Please note we always recommend allowing at least 3 working days between delivery and fitting so that in the unlikely event of a problem, it can be resolved as soon as possible, as we are not liable for any installation/cancellation costs or lost wages.
17- We advise that all deliveries can take up to 2-3 working days to arrive after being collected from us.
18 - Some orders placed before 11am Monday - Thursday, may be available for next day delivery. You will be contacted via email if this applies to your order.
19 - Most deliveries take place between 7am and 7pm.
20 - If you require a specific date of delivery, please call us to check whether this is possible. We can’t guarantee that this will always be possible.
21 - We will email you when your order is ready for collection by the courier, we will also provide you with any tracking information once we are able.
21 - The courier companies don’t take goods up any stairs, all courier services have stated that they can only deliver to a ground floor location and can’t deliver to upper floor flats or high rise buildings.
23 - Please check ALL items for damage BEFORE signing for the delivery. If the item has arrived damaged then REJECT the delivery, allow the courier to take back your order and return the item to us.
