Easy to lay - this is a high performing EPDM Rubber Roofing Membrane, based on the ASTM-D4637 technical specification.

CORUSEAL has a 100% EPDM polymer content, making it an ideal choice for water-proofing a wide variety of roofs around your home. Its lightweight and long-lasting, and feature a high resistancy to Ozone and Weathering.

With a wide range of sheet sizing options, you are sure to find a sheet size that suits your requirements, meaning less joints and an easier, quicker installation. CORUSEAL is highly flexible, whilst still working well at temperatures of between -40 degrees C, upto 150 degrees C - plus has elongation properties of 300% at break!!

This is a cheap and effective way of protecting your roof - with little or no ongoing maintenance needed!!

PURCHASING:

When purchasing from Coruba-Online, you are ordering from a leading supplier of Rubber Sheeting, Matting and Extrusions, so you can be sure you will get the very best service from start, to finish. Goods are normally sent Mon-Fri on a Next Working Day Service (for goods purchased before 2pm). Please note we use TNT / pallet haulier to despatch goods, and we try to adhere to delivery requests when they are stipulated, but please remember these are only requests and cannot be guaranteed. We advise customers to ask any questions they have regarding items before purchase, and to provide a telephone number for our couriers to assist any delivery queries there may be. All deliveries will need a signature upon delivery - please make sure someone is available to receive the goods.  

RETURNS POLICY:

If you wish to return any goods, please contact us with the reasons first. We will NOT accept any returns or exchanges after 7 days of the shipping date on your sales receipt - after 7 days your goods will be assumed to be satisfactory and any claims for errors in shipment, or requests for returns and/or exchanges will not be accepted. We will only accept goods returned provided they are in a clean, saleable condition and have no tears, rips or markings. All returns are subject to the discretion of Coruba-Online. Unless agreed by prior arrangement, all Returns and/or Exchanges will incur a Return Shipping Fee, and a '20% cost' Handling Fee where appropriate.     

PAYMENT and POSTAGE:

Payment must be made within 5 days of the auction ending. Failure to do this will result in an Unpaid Item Dispute being opened.

Postage charges are clearly stated on the listing, and reflect both the actual shipping costs incured by us, but also the time and labour costs involved in getting the goods from us, to you. Carriage costs are based on Mainland UK postal areas only, and any destination deemed to be outside of this, such as Scottish Highlands, off-shore islands and North and southern Ireland will be subject to a higher carriage charge - if you are unsure, please check before purchasing!

TOLERANCES:

When ordering Rubber Based Sheeting and Matting, due to manufacturing processing there are tolerances involved. We suggest when purchasing a cut piece, you allow for these tolerances which will should give you enough material for your requirements.

The tolerances are:

Length: +/- 10%

Width: +/- 5%
