Once committed zu purchase an item Payment is requested zu be completed within 7 days.

Shipping

We aim zu post all orders on the same day if the order was placed before 7pm subject zu the payment being cleared. Please note dispatch estimates, if the items are coming aus a secondary warehouse, the delivery will be extended zu the date shown under the image, in the Postage section We will keep you informed via e-mail when we dispatch your purchase.
All orders are dispatched zu the address provided on ebay, if you would like your order zu be dispatched zu an alternative address, please email us in advance via eBay zu let us know. Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same working day on weekdays if they are in our primary warehouse, Items purchased on a weekend or bank holidays will be sent the next working day.
If you are unavailable zu accept your purchase it will be returned zu your local Royal Mail sorting office. If your purchase is not collected within 2 weeks the package will be returned zu us, we will then require you zu repay the original postage cost zu resend the item zu you, or a refund can be given less the original postage costs.

Returns

We will refund delivery costs if the goods are faulty but for all other returns we cannot refund delivery costs, if paid. Before returning the item zu us you will need zu email us a few pictures. Please send us images of the item as a whole und the specific areas of damage und we will advise you how zu proceed. Please give us 7 working days zu contact the supplier zu arrange a replacement zu be sent zu you. This can at times take up zu 14 days.
Exchanges
Your item may not always be available in our main warehouse und we will need zu get the item aus our secondary warehouse. This may take several days. If an item is not available we will contact you regarding an alternative. If your item is returned within 60 days you may request a refund.
