Your Item will be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (not during weekends) via Royal Mail or by Courier
Items Marked Courier we do not ship overseas,also these items may carry a surcharge to parts of Scotland.
We obtain Postage receipts for all our Royal Mail posted items. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with delivery, Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until 15 working days from postdate have passed.

Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. We do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence or the Item Has been supplied wrongly.
