Delivery Process

All items in our store are inclusive of free delivery to any UK mainland postcode. The only exception to this is remote areas. See below for a detailed exclusion list of postcodes where additional delivery charges apply.

Delivery Time: Up to 5 - 7 Working Days

Once you have placed an order delivery takes up to 5 - 7 days to deliver, generally much faster for small items like taps, bath screens, bottle traps, toilet seats etc.

Delivery may only be made from Monday-Friday. Some couriers may deliver on Saturdays but entirely at their own discretion.

Large Orders

Large items like shower enclosures, vanity units, toilets etc. are either delivered with our own delivery network or with a palletised delivery company (ie: Palletways). The drivers are NOT insured to take goods inside your property. The pallet will be delivered to the front of the property and we strongly recommend you have at least 2 able bodied people to carry the goods inside.

Delivery Address & Phone Number

Please ensure your delivery address is correct in your PayPal’s account as we can only ship to confirmed Paypal addresses after you have checked out.

A contact number is imperative so that the courier company can contact you to arrange delivery if they need to. This does not apply to small items like taps, toilet seats, bathroom accessories (anything that can fit in a small parcel box).
