We endeavour to maintain customer satisfaction.  In the unfortunate circumstances if you are not happy with goods, we have a 7 day returns policy, please contact us only through Ebay giving the reason for return and we will process your exchange or refund.  Item should be unopened and in its original packaging. Postage and Packaging will not be refunded

If the item is damaged in transit, please contact us through ebay messages, we will pursue this with couriers, you may need to send photos of the damage. Once issue is resolved we will either replace the item or give you a refund.
