At ShoreUK will despatch your order within one working day of it being placed subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will let you know. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri (excluding UK public holidays etc). Items can be delivered on our next working day or two working day (48 hour) as long as they are ordered before 14:00 hours (Mon - Fri).

All Kayaks

All Kayaks will be delivered Free Locally from our store which is located at PO20 8QZ. All Kayaks outside this area will be delivered on a 24HR Trackable Service for £25. Regardless of size. We have a unique relationship with our courior and therefore damage to kayaks is minimal. On top of this we are the Only Store in the UK to Double Wrap our Kayaks to stop damage in transit. We have shipped over 700 Kayaks in 2013 and are experts in delivery of these larger items, For all Quotes to outside of the UK Mainland please call us or send us a message for a delivery quotation

Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Other UK Islands is usually only a £50 surcharge. However please call before ordering.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Shore reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable to resend if the item is returned to us because the customer could not take delivery for any reason.

Any items returned to us without being delivered will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges us to deliver the item back to us. You will have to replace the order to have the item re-shipped. If you require a refund on items returned by the courier this will be done minus the couriers fee.

Any incorrect address details input by the customer on their order which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly will be at the liability of the customer, it will be up to the customer to try and retrieve the parcel themselves at their cost.

Any delivery errors must be reported within 7 days of date of delivery. All orders, are checked and double checked before leaving our warehouse. If you have not received your order within 14 days of dispatch date, then you must notify us within these 14 days. If you notify us after these 14 days then we will not be responsible for its location, and we may not be able to claim for the parcel if it lost/stolen.

There must be someone at the delivery address to receive parcel, where a signature is required our courier will only attempt re delivery once, after this the goods will be returned to Shore, this may take up to 10 working days.
