If recipient is not available a card will be left and delivery will usually be attempted the next working day, If delivery cannot be made again the parcel will be taken back to the local depot and will be held for 7 days. If the item is not collected in this time the item will be returned to us.

Palletised deliveries are sent via a freight service such as The Pallet Network or Pallet Ways. These items will again require a signature.

Please then package the item up and send it back to us enclosing a covering letter.

The returned item must be in original condition as received. We will not accept returns on items that have been broken apart, modified or damaged.
