7th Avenue Store pledges to process and ship your order in an efficient and timely manner. Your satisfaction is very important to us so we will do our best to make sure your order is processed accurately and promptly shipped from one of our distribution facilities.

Processing & Handling Time: 7th Avenue Store has a 1 business day processing and handling time. Orders are processed and shipped only after payment has cleared and the order is complete with a proper deliverable physical address (no post office boxes please). We process and ship more than 99% of our orders within one business day and most orders ship the same day we receive the order. If you complete your order after hours your order is likely to ship the next business day. Please note that Saturday, Sunday and major holidays are not business days. Major holidays include New Year's Day (or the day after if New Year's Day falls on a Sunday), Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

IMPORTANT! We will NOT ship an item to a USPS Post Office Box. You must provide a physical shipping address! Failure to do so may delay your shipment. We will NOT ship to a military address.

* Shipping discounts apply to additional items eligible for shipping discounts and paid for as a combined shipment. The most expensive (by shipping charges) will cost the full s/h price and each eligible item added will be discounted at 50% of the stated s/h charges. Items paid for separately, shipped in separate shipments or shipped in separate parcels will not be discounted. If this is an "immediate payment required" item you will need to call us and pay by credit or debit card in order to get a combined shipping discount. TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT

Tracking your order from 7th Avenue Store is quick and easy. Within one business day of receiving your completed order we will submit your shipment's tracking number to eBay and you will be able to look up your tracking number in your eBay purchase history.

RETURNS

7th Avenue Store has a 30 day return policy. Your return item(s) must arrive at our designated return address within 30 days from the date you placed the order. Returned items must be new, unused, and unopened with all original packaging and packing materials intact. Used or damaged items, including the item packaging, will not be eligible for refund. EVERY RETURN MUST HAVE A VALID RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) WRITTEN CLEARLY ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE RETURN'S SHIPPING PARCEL. Every RA# we issue is unique and you must contact us in order to get a valid return authorization number (RA#). Returns without a valid RA# clearly visible on the outside of the return packaging will be refused and shipped back to you. EVERY RETURN MUST INCLUDE A COMPLETED RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM (RAF). You must contact us to request a return authorization form (RAF). We will send the RAF with your return's RA#. All shipping costs, including return shipping, are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not eligible for refund. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Upon satisfactory inspection of a return we will issue a refund to the buyer less any restocking fees.
