Handsome fold-out official highway map of New Jersey, printed more than 59 years ago.

This map is printed in booklet format, 11" x 8-3/4", with 16 pages and a fold-out panel at the rear with a toll schedule and directory of interchanges on the Garden State Parkway and New Jersey Turnpike.

The maps have great detail on old road alignments, with cartography by the General Drafting Company of Convent Station. There are inset plans of Trenton, Camden, and the northern metropolitan area.

This booklet was published in 1955 by the New Jersey State Highway Department and is dated on the cover. There's a welcome message from Governor Robert B. Meyner on the back panel.

Condition:  It is in very good, lightly used condition, complete and intact, with minor edge wear, a couple of small creases, and no rips or tears. It folds to approximately 8-3/4" x 5-1/2". The scans below show a couple of the inside pages:
