Meredew Canadian light maple bedroom suite. circa 1960's

1960's Meredew bedroom suite, comprising of a dressing table complete with mirror, chest of drawers, and a wardrobe, all in a heavily lacquered Canadian light maple wood, a remarkable example of a mid 1960's craftmanship by a respectable and well known English furniture company.

This bedroom suite has been in the same family since it was purchased as new, and has been well looked after ever since. The suite is in excellent condition, with a beautiful lacquer finish, the only faults are with the wardrobe, which at present has a missing lock to the right hand door, a small repair to to the inside on the left hand side, and both handles to the front are missing, due to being lost in a house move.

This is an absolute bargain for a solid wood bedroom suite of approximately fifty years of age, showing the craftmanship and durability involved in the process of manufacture of Meredew furniture.
