Once we have received full payment and processed your order, we will dispatch your item. Please check the item listing to find out the delivery method of your item. We offer free Shipping costs for most of our item however, some items are my require extra delivery charges which are calculated based upon the item weight and your delivery address.
Please check your item listing to check Delivery time. We mark all our items as dispatched once they are packed. Unfortunately Occasionally things do go missing in the post, or can be delayed.
If the item is sent via courier and no one is at home to receive the delivery, then the courier will "card" you with instructions for re-delivery. If you are "carded" you should phone the number on the card within 7 days to rearrange delivery. If no contact has been made within 7 days the parcel will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be invoiced to you as this is charged to us by the courier.
