Returns must be received in original packing, unused and suitable for resale in order for us to be able to process you a refund. We recommend obtaining a proof of postage for returned items and for high value items using a recorded delivery service as unfortunately we cannot accept liability for returns which are not received.

Once any returned items are received we will refund or exchange your product within 7 days and any refunds will be processed using the same method you used to pay for the purchase.
