Each flat 2D photo quality mask is manufactured from high quality card and come with pre-cut eye holes.

Elastic and sticky tabs supplied. Small assembly required.

The eyes may still be retained in the masks from the cutting machine (they are intended to be discarded and designed to be worn by customers so that they can see through the eyeholes).  The eyes from the original template may or may not be included.

All orders are packed flat in board backed envelopes or boxed for larger orders.

UK Customers: We accept instant payment by credit or debit card or funds transfer via Paypal.

Paypal e-cheques are accepted, though subject to Paypal’s 7 - 9 days clearance time. Once Paypal have notified us of clearance, your order will be produced under the normal 4 - 7 working day production time.

Cheques also accepted. Please allow 4 - 5 working days for clearance. Once cleared your order will be produced under the normal 4 - 7 working day production time.

Europe and Rest of World: Only payment by Paypal is accepted

UK: Shipping via Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery is FREE!  Add additional packs for 49p postage per pack!

Europe: Shipping via Airmail is just £2.99.  Add additional packs for only 99p per pack!  Please select the express courier shipping option if you would prefer tracked delivery.

Rest Of World: Shipping via Airmail is just £3.99.  Add additional packs for only £1.50 per pack! Please select the express courier shipping option if you would prefer tracked delivery.

For clarification, working days are defined as Monday - Friday only, excluding UK public holidays.

In the unlikely event of delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control we will notify you as soon as possible.

UK: We will always attempt to dispatch mask orders the same working day however please allow up to 3 working days for despatch of your order. Once despatched, your order will be delivered by Royal Mail First Class delivery typically within 24 - 48 hours.

We would ask that you please allow 10 working days to pass before contacting us regarding delivery enquiries.

Europe: We will always attempt to dispatch mask orders the same working day however please allow up to 3 working days for despatch of your order.  Once despatched, your order will be delivered by Airmail typically within 4 - 8 business days.

We would ask that you please allow 14 working days to pass before contacting us regarding delivery enquiries.

Rest of World: We will always attempt to dispatch mask orders the same working day however please allow up to 3 working days for despatch of your order. Once despatched, your order will be delivered by Airmail typically within 7 - 14 business days.

We would ask that you please allow 14 working days to pass before contacting us regarding delivery enquiries.

Import Taxes: International customers are responsible for any import tax/duty incurred upon delivery.

Damaged/Lost in Post: We expect that your item(s) will be received in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that any of your item(s) are received damaged, a free replacement or full refund will be offered. Please note all damages are investigated and photographic evidence may be required for the carrier.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order up to 7 days from receipt. Your unwanted item(s) must be returned to us in a saleable condition, unused and in the original packaging within 7 days of authorisation. High value returns (order value over £36) must be sent back to us by a traceable method with proof of delivery. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

Incorrect item: If we have made an error during the packing process please inform us within 48 hours of receipt. We will send you the correct item(s) upon verification and ask for the return of the incorrect item. Upon receipt, your postage will be refunded.
